Mr. Sharatkumar Shetty is the Founder and Partner at SKSI & Associates, bringing over 15 years of rich experience in corporate secretarial practice, compliance advisory, and SEBI-related matters for listed entities. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a law graduate from Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Shetty held leadership roles as Company Secretary with leading listed companies in the manufacturing and real estate sectors. During this time, he successfully handled a broad range of corporate governance functions, regulatory affairs, and listing compliances under SEBI and stock exchange requirements. His strategic insights and in-depth understanding of corporate and securities laws form the foundation of the firm’s reputation for credibility and service excellence.
Ms. Ishwari Chavan
Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Ms. Ishwari Chavan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at SKSI & Associates, with more than 15 years of experience in the field of corporate secretarial and compliance matters of listed, unlisted public companies and private companies. She is a Fellow Member of ICSI and holds a Law degree from Mumbai University.
Prior to founding the firm, she served as the Company Secretary for a leading NBFC and Alternate Investment Fund (AIF), where she specialized in financial regulatory compliance. Her expertise in complex regulatory frameworks and hands-on industry experience guide the firm’s strategic direction in financial and capital markets compliance
