- Investor Grievance Report Reg. 13(3) – Included in Integrated Filing Governance
- Corporate Governance Report Reg. 27(2) – Included in Integrated Filing Governance
- Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report Reg. 76
- Shareholders’ Meetings and Voting Results Reg. 44(3)
- Regulation 30 Disclosures – covering, inter alia:
- Acquisition of Shares or Voting Rights in Unlisted Companies,
- Imposition of Fine or Penalty,
- Updates of Ongoing Tax Litigations or Disputes
Latest Update:
Now, as per NSE Circular Ref. No.: NSE/CML/2025/37 & BSE Circular Ref. No.: 20250912-89 dated September 12, 2025, the Single Filing System has been further extended to include the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report as provided under Regulation 24A of SEBI LODR regulations.
Effective Date : September 15, 2025
Listed entities are advised to take note of the above and comply accordingly, while ensuring that multiple filings of the same disclosure across exchanges are avoided.
